Raya Advanced Manufacturing is a new line of business responsible for manufacturing ,assembling,and operating international modern Vehicles brands in the Egyptian Market.Main Job Responsibilities as HR Head of Department ;Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Ensure counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising the job results.Prepare a pay strategy and plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; ; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
