Identify the client’s key requirements and project specifications during the pre-production phase.Prepare received files for translation (e.g., file suitability checks and conversion to an editable form whenever applicable).Assign competent translators, revisers, and proof-readers to the translation project as per the requirements of each project.Lead the project team and maintain excellent relationships with them and handle all communications with clients.Ensure consistent and timely collaboration and communication among the assigned team and manage the flow of information between all parties involved.Check the delivered project against the relevant client-TSP agreement and project specifications. Ensure the overall quality of projects and coordinate quality assurance processes.Handle client feedback and resolve any customer complaints in coordination with the quality department.
