• Assist in the installation of the ADCS role on Windows Server machines.• Help configure the Certificate Authority (CA) settings (Root CA or Subordinate CA) under the guidance of senior team members.• Help configure certificate templates for different use cases (user authentication, server authentication)• Setup Automatic Computer Certificate auto enrolment.• Setup custom user certificate template with auto enrolment.• Assist in manual or auto-enrollment of certificates for users, computers, and devices.• Monitor and manage certificate requests, ensuring certificates are issued in a timely manner.• Assist with Certificate renewal and Certificate enrolment policies for users and machines in an enterprise environment.• Assist in managing the Revocation process for expired or compromised certificates.• Help with publishing the Certificate Revocation List (CRL) and configuring CRL distribution points.• Assist about OCSP responders and how to set them up for real-time certificate status checking.• Assist in troubleshooting common PKI and certificate-related issues, such as certificate enrolment failures, revocation issues, or group policy settings.• Investigate and help resolve issues with certificate chaining (root CA certificates not trusted).• Help monitor ADCS logs and events for errors and escalate issues to senior engineers when needed.• Assist in documenting PKI configurations, processes, and best practices.• Help generate reports related to certificate issuance, renewals, expirations, and revocations for auditing purposes.• Prepare documentation for troubleshooting procedures to guide future engineers or team members.Access provisioning operations on IAM tool. (Identity & Access Management) ,account and group creations/modifications, permission, nesting, and shared data access control.•Created new security groups.IAM's role with services is to add, modify and delete customer groups, User accounts, Users and provisioning administrator roles.
