I have worked in retail since the age of 17 starting of at JD sports then moving on to all different roles Within the company from being a sales assistant, a supervisor, floor manager, assistant manager & then becoming an associate manager overseeing multiple stores where my role involved helping stores that where underperforming with either staff & management training which would better the business & themselves to provide better quality of service & knowledge also product placement within the area of business & how it’s displayed within the stores to attract a higher footfall to achieve a higher KPI, and help the stores grow to start meeting targets & in-house restructuring of management & staff to better the stores also I have worked within the fine jewellery industry to well-known branded shoe company I also was a tailor taking measurements of any alterations that were needed for the suit & bridal wear shop I also have background in working closely with famous celebrities and their guests in the backstage bar/VIP lounge within the O2 Arena delivering High class service to all VIP guest and stakeholders in private suites to ensure there needs were meant I then become a bus driver from 2015 to 2022 where I had the opportunity to widenMy experience and becoming an in-house equalities and diversity representative for bus drivers in my depot with unite the union for the bus drivers needs. I’m now currently working as a distribution supervisor In transport & logistics for a well know company axis logistics managing fuel tankers around the whole of England and Scotland dealing with customers orders, any site issues plus monitoring drivers and any breakdown and insuring that We meet all ADR regulations and HGV road safety so our tanker drivers can deliver outstanding service to everyone and their needs.
