Amar Bhalla is the president of Amdev Property Group, a private real estate company based in Toronto. He has more than 20 years of experience in the acquisition, re-positioning and redevelopment of GTA-based real estate across asset classes. His experience includes ownership and management of a portfolio that holds apartment and commercial buildings, industrial sites, and development projects in the GTA. He is also practised in facilitating the growth of early-stage companies. During his career, Amar has been involved with numerous public listings of operating companies through TSX Venture Exchange capital pool companies. His experience includes five transactions involving capital pool companies created by Carlaw Capital, a Toronto-based merchant bank. Amar serves on the boards and audit committees of several TSX and TSX-V listed business industries. He currently serves as chairman of Dream Hard Asset Alternatives Trust; chairman IRC of BristolGate Capital Partners; Director of Galane Gold Ltd.; and Director of Blockchain Power Corporation.
