Job Description:-We are providing L1-L2 level support to TATA.Providing Server support to Airpots like T1,T3,Banaglore & Hyderabad, Rajiv chowk(CP)also.Taking care of user permissions from server level.Coordinate With TATA NOC team to provide the Solution of the issues.Track the URL logs(Calea logs) from the server levelHas experience with the use of backup solutions,OS level and application level security, monitoring and troubleshooting.Has attention to detail to ensure customers have best experience possibleHas efficient and effective communication with clients to understand issues/needs and update them on resulutions. Part of the Development team to deploy the New pages at site. Providing resolution of the issues as per the given SLA.Working on Different Linux versions server.Working on Networking tool CACTI, working on Database server DIIMS alsoWorking on ticketing tool name as BOSS(Helpdesk) to track every reported incident.User Access management of each of the system that is supported. 1. Providing backend support for the Software Module SMARTGUARD this is our company’s own product. This module is responsible for controlling Bandwidth, URL logs, Website blocking (UTM) at the User end.in this we are providing application level support to smartguard users.2. Latency, LAN connectivity troubleshooting, IP addressing and subnetting.3. Live exposure on LINUX (CENTOS) for network troubleshooting & through remote desktop connection.4. Managing User Data backup/ recovery through LINUX (CLI mode) , from initial hardware configuration to LAN, WAN network sharing.5. Managing/Coordination with user for Different LAN/WAN/Virtual interfaces.
