⮚ Incoming Inspection of materials as per quality plan and its standard parameters. ⮚ Raw material inspection as per various code requirements. ⮚ Conducting supplier’s evolutions and supplies audits to ensure accuracy & repetitiveness of the products. ⮚ Collate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities. ⮚ Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities. ⮚ Root cause analysis for observed nonconformances. Corrective and preventive actions are prepared, shared to appropriate responsible person and prepare monthly report for the same. ⮚ Supporting the plant quality team in resolving issues observed during assembly or testing pertaining to supplier delivered components. ⮚ Verification of documentation received from the suppliers, such as raw material test reports (SS sheets, Rods, Casting materials, etc.), brought-out items test reports, ITR's, etc. ⮚ Sound knowledge of quality tools like 5S, kaizen, 7QC tools, 8D, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc. ⮚ Conducting GR&R and SPC studies. ⮚ Development of PPAP document for new product development to meet customer requirements. ⮚ Participation in the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). ⮚ Work with Design and Manufacturing team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements. ⮚ Formulate QMS policies, procedures as per ISO, PED requirements for effective implementation of QMS within organization. • Conduct internal audits as per QMS plan • Follow up with departments for documentation and share audit findings. • Share NCs with concern departments and follow up to close NCs in time • Prepare report of internal audits and NC closer. ⮚ Facing the External Audit ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 and PED/2014/68/EU.
