• Lead a team of recruiters and business development professionals in day to day activities, including but not limited to daily activity planning meetings, recruiting and business development strategy preparation, training, and operations.• Work closely with clients to identify and vet top talent for open positions in Accounting/HR/Information Technology.• Extensively utilize and train staff on identifying talent through multiple sources to include LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, Indeed, networking opportunities, and referrals. • Work with recruiting team to present job opportunities, prepare and debrief candidates, and negotiate compensation and benefits packages. • Provide job hunting tips, resume critiques, interview preparations, and thank you letter tips to candidates currently searching for new opportunities. • Provide social media tips to candidates, such as updating/creating LinkedIn accounts and job searches performed via social media.• Work with business development team to identify opportunities where we can be a resource to our current or perspective clients. - Prepare monthly financial statement reporting package for assigned properties- Maintain properties either on a modified accrual, cash or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) basis; review and prepare annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or tax as directed by the property owner - Organize audit work papers in preparation for year-end audit; collaborate with auditors of external firm to ensure timely completion of audit- Prepare budgets with property management for assigned properties, which includes all revenue projections, expense analysis, financing, ground rent and escrow analysis.

-Prepare fund-level financial statements on a quarterly/months basis on multiple funds, and ensure that compliance requirements and accounting regulations.- Perform reconciliations of accounts presented in the fund-level financial statements and recordinformation into accounting systems.-Perform regular account analysis to ensure proper allocation of investment proceeds, expenses and, management fees, communicating action plans to team to fix any errors when detected.-Work with operations teams to verify records or coordinate transactions when sending capital call and distribution notices to Investors.-Collaborate in the maintenance of the books and records for the funds
