Responds/acts on upper-management direction. Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management. •Client Management: - Manages day-to-day internal client interaction, Sets and manages internal client expectations, Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions, continually seeks opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationship. •Teamwork: - Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions, effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential, Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner, Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members, Mitigates team conflict and communication problems, Plans and facilitates regular team activities outside of the office.

Configuration and Troubleshooting of Cisco Core Switch 6500 and 4500 Series, Access switches 2800, 2900 Series, creating and managing the V-LAN and the access lists, DHCP Server and the Routing on these switches, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers 2500/2600/2800/3600/3800 in 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet environment, Configuration on Static Routes and Dynamic Routing Protocol RIP, BGP, EIGRP etc, and Natting configuration on the Routers as well, Configuration of VWIC card for E1/T1 and connect with the Avaya / Siemens EPBX for Internal and External Dialing, configuration and troubleshooting of IPLC, MPLS, ILL and LL links, configuration and troubleshooting of VOIP over the IPLC, ILL and LL links.Configuration and Troubleshooting of the IPSEC Tunnels on Cisco Pix 515E and Cisco ASA 5520, Configuration of DMZ and access list in the Pix / ASA.Troubleshooting / Monitoring / Optimizing Network Operation and Network Security and management with help of Solar Winds, MRTG, Site Scope, Cisco NMS, Network Monitors (WinNT), Firewalls (Neowatch, Wingate, and Gate Monitor), Dame Ware, and Hyena etc.Installation / troubleshooting / monitoring / optimizing the VPN Connection to the Remote office through Nortel Contivity 1600 & 1700 Switch.Installation and configuration of Avaya Prologix / S8700, Avaya 6408+ Digital Phones, IP Phones Audio Codex Box, VOIP, Agents call Monitoring, Call recording with the Nice Logger. Configuration of Cisco Routers for Voice (E1/T1) over the IPLC link and connect with the Avaya Prologix / S8700

•As a member of team my Job involved in installation and maintenance of the Mail Server, Proxy Server and Local LAN at client site. And also managing Web Servers from office through PC any ware. Cyberspace having its own 7 web servers aboard India.•Performs analysis of network needs, installation and contributes to design of network, Evaluates LAN hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations. Monitors and maintains network stability. Communicate and coordinate network schedule, backups, and downtime to users.•Performing daily activities, maintaining H/W inventory, Preventive Maintenance of computers & peripherals and maintaining all types of logs. Dealing with third party vendors for procuring spares and all type of IT products. Taping talent from the existing team members reporting and train them on their weakness to build up a better team.•Supporting S/W & H/W : Windows NT 4.0 & Workstation, FT Gate (Mail Server), MDaemon (Mail Server), Win Gate (Proxy Server), MS Proxy, MSOffice 97, PC Any ware.
