My name is Amar Kumar Modi. I am born and brought-up in Kolkata. I am a B.Com (H) final year student from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. I have been associated with the NSS unit that is the social service unit of the College from last 3 years, serving as the Department Advisor. I was a part of the Governing Body Of the NSS unit and organised several events, which inlcude :- Rural camps during Durga Puja holidays- Blood donation camps- Green and clean Campus- Providing education to underprivileged students- Shishumela etc.Throughout my college life, organising various events helped me enrich my leadership skills, public relations, importance of responsibility and accountability, and also communication skills.Apart from above, I like reading, listening to music and surfing on Internet, spending time on social media, Doing survey, research work and preparing reports for the same.
