CurrentRole: Testing & Calibration, Commissioning, Servicing and Overhauling of Rail Track Maintenance Machine ( Indian Railways ).• Accountable for Testing & Calibration, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance of Indian Railway Track Maintenance Machine. • Specialized in Plasser & Theurer/Plasser India made Tamping, Ballast regulating, Ballast cleaning, Shoulder ballast cleaning machine ( UNIMAT 3S & 4S, CSM , UNIMAT MFI, DUOMATIC, BCM RM80, BRM USP, FRM etc. ) Operation, Testing & calibration, Service.• Performing complete Testing & calibration of all Tamping and Non-Tamping Machines, like functional testing of machine.• Executing Commissioning of railway track Tamping and Non-Tamping machine on site to the Indian Railways.• Servicing of the track machines providing to the Indian Railways under warranty/Out of warranty.• Provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of individuals for the purpose of achieving key results or a group of aligned results.• Handle all critical troubleshoot and prepare proper report with all details.• Recommended design changes, upgrades and replacements to improve systems performance.• Testing and calibration of various Pneumatic and Hydraulic cylinder, valves along with the equipments to be operated.• Testing and calibration of various Electronic Sensors, Transducer, Switches, Pendulum , ALC , CWS Systems , CMS Systems. etc.• Set the various Hydraulic and Pneumatic pressure as per system requirement.
