1. To set up the norms and standard procedures for execution of the work at divisional as well as branch level.2. Define objective.3. Formulate policies, strategies and action plan of the division vis-à-vis corporate policy.4. Create necessary infrastructure like man-power, instrumental / technical support/literature and technical reference books.5. Research, formulate and launch new services.6. Formulate policy for charges of OGC services.7. Prepare the annual budget for the Division, Prepare action plan and business to achieve the target. Also prepare year projection for the division.8. Plan policy for sale promotion, marketing and publicity.9. Public relations with major clients.10. Initiate investigation and follow up on customer complaints.11. Formulate and organize training of the staff.12. Having overall co-ordination and communication between various branches and divisional head office as well as other commercial division.13. Ensure timely submission of periodic reports as defined and expected.
