I am a third year Business Administration student and my passion for leading people brought me to the Business department at UNLV. My class in Operations Management has taught me how to hone in on my soft skills and made me realize my diversity as a minorirty woman will bring representation to Administrative work. During my time at UNLV I have learned teamwork, became proficient in Microsoft office, and learned time management. After I graduate I hope to complete an Administrative internship that allows me to explore and reflect on my knowledge in leadership situations.
