I co-founded the Plarn & Stitches Club, where we use sustainable materials to knit and crochet items for donation. We focus on the use of “plarn”, or plastic yarn, which we make by hand from used plastic bags.

As a Bank of America Student Leader, I worked with the local nonprofit organization Caminar, which specializes in mental health services. I interned under their LGBTQ+ Youth branch, and created social media posts and calendars of important LGBTQ+ events. On Mondays and Fridays, I helped facilitate the Youth Spacec's Queer Hangouts, an in-person opportunity for local LGBTQ+ youth to socialize and connect.
