Client Assessment and Planning:Conduct thorough assessments of clients' employment readiness, skills, and barriers.Develop personalized employment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their strengths and aspirations.Case Management:Provide ongoing case management to a caseload of clients, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.Coordinate supportive services, including referrals to vocational training, educational programs, and other community resources.Employment Support:Facilitate job readiness workshops and training sessions on topics such as resume building, interview skills, and workplace expectations.Assist clients in job search activities, networking, and applying for suitable job opportunities.Advocacy and Empowerment:Advocate for clients' needs with employers, educational institutions, and other service providers.Empower clients through coaching and encouragement, fostering self-sufficiency and independence.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with program and funding requirements.Prepare regular reports on client progress, outcomes achieved, and challenges encountered.Team Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with other TESS team members, program managers, and external partners to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
