Hello! My name is Amara Jain and I am a third year mechanical engineering student at The Ohio State University. I recently completed a 2024 Summer Engineering Internship in Cleveland where I worked in new product development, and will be working as a Summer 2025 Engineering Intern at Whiting-Turner Contracting Company working within their healthcare division.My areas of interest are designing, modeling, and testing medical devices and other technology within the healthcare industry. I also am a Peer Career Coach for the College of Engineering, where I help fellow undergraduate engineering students prepare for interviews and other networking events. I hold board positions for both of my clubs and have the Seal of Biliteracy in Ohio (Spanish). Outside of school, I love to try new food, bake, travel, and stay active!
