I was a general manager for Bartlett Management Inc for 14 years. As a general manager I was responsible for shift control, product inventory and counting (P&L), maintaining equipment and overlooking the general productivity and customer service that takes place in the restaurant. Making sure I and the staff work as a team to take care of our customers and our restaurant on a day to day basis. In 2010, I also trained and obtained my class B CDL for First Student Inc, and began my career as a bus driver. I worked both until 2017, when I focused solely with First Student company as the company I had known with KFC was being sold. I remained a driver until 2018, when I was offered a position as head dispatcher for our Rockton location where I have been since. It is a very face paced and rewarding job. I am very personable and love to learn new things and take on new challenges. I strive to do my best in every aspect of the work I do.
