Led initiatives in domains such as real estate, eCommerce, home IoT and home improvement to design end-to-end digital experiences. Specialized in establishing comprehensive enterprise design systems, ensuring consistency and standardization across multiple platforms.Contributed to the team’s capability by mentoring designers, conducting workshops and initiating activities. Coordinated with the talent acquisition team to review profiles and recruit the best design talent.

Worked extensively on defining user needs, insight mapping, conceptualising journeys, and eventually building out end-to-end digital solutions. The key activities undertaken by me were utilising design thinking methodologies, user research, domain research, visual design and prototyping.

Worked on the conceptualisation to 3D model of a special purpose food automation machine.

My role consisted of creating newsletters and creatives for all district events and activities. Along with this, I was also responsible for guiding over 90 club editors from various Rotaract clubs in the district.
