I am a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at The Borgen Project, a nonprofit organization that advocates for global poverty reduction and humanitarian aid. In this role, I apply my skills and knowledge in coordination, graphic design, and social media management to support the marketing and PR team, as well as the overall mission and vision of the organization. I create and distribute content, conduct research, monitor media coverage, and track and report key metrics and outcomes.I have over two years of experience in insurance operations, working as an Insurance Operations Associate II and an Insurance Operations Representative at National General. I performed various auditing tasks, such as reviewing policies, claims, and payments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and identifying and resolving errors and discrepancies. I also used various software and tools to input, organize, and manipulate large amounts of data, and generated reports and insights that supported decision-making and problem-solving. Before joining National General, I worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Window Systems of Texas Inc., where I coordinated and supervised multiple projects, managed budgets and schedules, and communicated with clients and stakeholders.
