I FACILITATE PEOPLE AND ORGANISATIONS in navigating the theory-practice continuum, enabling them to: build resilience, evolve dynamically, grow robustly through learning rapidly, developing competencies that deliver desired results with panache.People have stopped me in public spaces, viz. hotels, exhibitions, trade fairs, conventions, airports (after many years some times) to discuss the PIVOTAL MOMENTS in the discussion-program-intervention they attended, that helped them, their teams, their organisations to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF INFLEXION POINTS AND GROW.I use a SYNTHESIS of the social sciences of Organisation Development Consulting and Experiential Education, in designing engagements-programs-interventions. I started my career in Merchant Banking in 1993 and then started gravitating from mitigating financial risk to holistic risk in 1999. Over the years, I have also facilitated learning at MBA colleges (core and specialisation subjects for an entire term) and MDPs at Administrative Staff College of India, Centre for Organisation Development, National Institute of Smart Government, amongst other educational institutions. I am a life member of HMA (served as President), AIMA (served on the Management Council), NHRDN, IMCI, ISTD (National Committee Member).
