As part of this campaign, Andrew organized a White House event that brought together EdTech companies, district and state leaders, and nonprofits. This event helped launch a national movement called #GoOpen that supported PreK-12 school districts in the expansion of implementing openly-licensed educational materials, the development of better discovery and curation tools from Amazon, Microsoft, and Edmodo, and guidance for strategic planning and sustainability.
