Track and oversee the resolution of issues by the program team and skillfully escalate up stream as prescribed by policies, project charters and governance plans. • Prepare and deliver program and project related performance data, information, and status reports to, executives, management, technical and non-technical team members in various mediums. • Develop and maintain the risk management process in collaboration with Telligen Project Management Office and Customer requirements (HHS/CMS/CMMI Project Management Office). • Participate in quality control audits, quality improvement initiatives and interpret quality reporting results with an emphasis on stability to ensure programs and related projects are meeting high-quality standards.• Implement, maintain, and optimize the project management repository ensuring all files, documents and artifacts are updated timely and accurately, and stored in accordance with archiving and retention policies.• Manages and updates various tracking tools, logs, documents, and Project Management Information systems (PMIS) for tracking status of project deliverables and work products for team leads, Project Managers, Program Managers, and designated Customer leads.• Schedules and facilitates meetings with PM staff, project team members and stakeholders, prepares agendas, compiles notes and action items, and distributes minutes within a timely manner.
