Being the member of the Human Resource – Delivery – Automation & Digitalization team below are responsibilities:- Analyze the current process and evaluate the manual effort put in the process- Prepared As-Is/To-Be process and actualization for the Business Enabling Function – Human Resource processes- Eliciting, analysing, documenting and validating business requirements, user stories & process flows- Business Process Redesign, roadmap planning and development proof of concepts- Identifies attributes, data sources, constructs data flow diagrams, documents the process and constructing Functional requirement document (FRD)- Created and maintained Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to trace technical requirements to their business requirements and the test case requirements to their functional requirements.- Creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams and Activity Diagrams using MS Visio.- Created Use Cases for the applications and facilitated QA group to develop Test Plan and Test scripts based on Used Cases and FRD- Preparing Business test cases and performed Internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT)- Coordinated UAT training and testing for the functionality with the Business.- Conducting and assisting project meetings, reviews, walkthroughs, demos, trainings and presentations.
