I am currently working as an DGM Quality Assurance & Control in Surya Roshni Ltd. (Steel Div.) Gwalior. Prior to that, I have briefly held a few positions in Quality Assurance & Control roles in different industries. I handled different Quality functions like Third Party Inspection, Chemical & Mechanical Testing of Steel Product, NDT, Fabrication, Welding, Galvanizing, Threading, Cold Forming, and Vendors Assessment, In Welspun I supported to my Quality Head in many QA/QC related developments and implementation programs, later on I had joined Zamil Steel India. Soon had been exposed to few Quality projects like Simuzu Corporation a steel Plant Project, HBL Power’s, Shri Ram Construction GMR Engineering, Jindal Poly films, Shanti Construction (Bihar Govt. Order) India.Startlingly I have joined Zamil as a 2nd man but after one year they give me an opportunity of Department Head and Management Representative of QMS & EMS Systems, I am also the coordinator of Maxseam Certification Projects in Zamil Steel India Plant Certified by FM Approval Australia.In Zamil Steel & Surya Roshni Gwalior I have conducted many Welder and Welding Qualification Programme and TQM, MSA, ISO & Welding Trainings. We take a Six ISI License of a different verity of Pipes from Bureau of Indian Standard in Surya Roshni Ltd during a short period of 2 years only During my Thirteen Years+ Career, I have very good command and relationship with various Inspection Agencies Like BVIQ , EIL , GLIS , SGS , Modi , DNV , BARC , SGS , RITES , IRS Ect.Specialties: Sound Knowledge of Welding (SAW,SMAW.MIG,ERW,CEW)Quality Management System (QMS) , EMS , OHSAS , TQM , TPMNDT (Techniques) :- Like RT,UT,VT,MPI,DPTCold Forming , Hot Rolling , Galvanizing , Threading , BIS License Activity , Fabrication & Chemical ,Mechanical Testing of Steel
