CurrentAchievements: • Identified and developed relationships with a variety of key partners and stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore to scale our visibility and impact, in addition to sharing knowledge/insights to further their organisational maturity • Running internal workshops with the leadership team to define a Social Theory of Change and establishing a framework for measuring social impact • Executed Strategy Refresh workshop to focus organisation till 2025 and presented to the broader organisation and Advisory Board (consisting of C-Suite execs from ASX listed companies) • Building and coaching service delivery teams to deliver a 400% increase in our audience impact from 2022 to 2023• Contributing to the marketing strategy which has recorded a 200% growth in our LinkedIn audience within 1.5 years (now 6000+ followers)• Established systems and templates to improve operational efficiency and productivity including onboarding documents, templates / scripts for service delivery and technology workflows• Transforming the organisation into a product led organisation by defining a unique accelerated career framework • Rebuilt team of 50 high performing volunteers across 5 countries within 1 year • Scaled Mentoring Program to 7 countries in 3 years creating $1.5mill in financial value, serving 250+ mentees to date Responsibilities: • Running strategy / delivery focussed workshops to focus team thinking and execution• Creating and naturing high performance culture across the 50 volunteers in 3 countries, with 12 direct reports• Coaching and mentoring 12 direct reports to improve their leadership, management and executing ability • Overseeing and managing 6 functional domains (marketing, operations, technology, service delivery, external affairs, finance)• Chairing our Advisory Board meetings compromising of 10 C-Suite executives in ASX200 companies
