The process involved receiving a handover document from the sales executive, further scoping of requirements, customer journey mapping, implementing the portal to meet their requires, training their administrators on how to manage it themselves and go-live planning. GO1 is a globally renowned and leading provider of LMS solutions. With backing from Silicon Valley's Y-Combinator and Steve Baxter (from Shark Tank) GO1 has its sights set on leading the LMS world. Initially starting out in a testing role, I quickly moved into a product manager and QA role focussed on building out a brand new product. Within 3 months I was responsible for designing, documenting and QA'ing more than 6 separate pieces of functionality for the learning management product. Achievements:• Defined and created more than 6 separate pieces of functionality for customers to use• Documented more than 100 use cases and test cases• Set up a testing and QA system and process

• As bid manager for deals under $10mill, my overall responsible was to see the completion of a bid on time, budget and in quality by following a strict sales governance processes. In this role, I worked as a business developer on a very successful project called "Sustainable Business Network"​ which was being piloted by some of the biggest US companies. Essentially, it was a 'Facebook for enterprises'​ platform that mapped out a company's business network to analyse, mitigate and improve the sustainability risks and opportunities within their entire supply chain (from tier 1 all the way down). My key achievements were: the heavy contribution to the business model and value proposition, use cases, creation of key promotional marketing material, videos and documents, and the internal sales pitches to Sustainability Champions, Account Executives, Inside Sales Executives and Client Partners to convince their customers to pilot the platform. Other tasks included were: market opportunities, competitor analyses, current and newly emerging products, current and new global, sustainability legislation, Additional Responsibilities: Program CoordinatorI was responsible for the development, testing, delivering support and the Roll Out for a new standardized Forecasting sheet for all Project Managers and Engagement Contacts across Australia and NZ.
