Amar has been with CEI (ceiamerica.com CEI America) since 1996. He has 28+ years of IT experience providing end-to-end software solutions in a variety of development environments. Amar is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all CEI's Global Agile software projects and outsourcing engagements, managing resources, identifying new business opportunities, process maturity in the organization (CMM, CMMi, eSCM, Six Sigma, etc.) and ensuring that all development processes and standards are followed. Amar is certified PMP (Project Management Professional, promoted by the Project Management Institute), certified Six Sigma Black Belt and certified ScrumMaster. Previously, Amar worked as a project manager and architect, overseeing and performing systems analysis design and development. Amar holds Master's degree in Computer Science from JNU, Delhi, executive MBA from IIM Calcutta and Post Graduation Program in AI & Machine Learning from Purdue University.
