• Implementing innovative business development Plans for the purpose of achieving predesigned revenue Plans.•Managing and authorisation overall operations using Flexcube, pertaining to cash, funds transfer, demand drafts, pay orders, deposits, and salary uploads•Handling RTGS Transactions for transfer of funds for customers and corporates.•Handling FX transactions ( SWIFT Messages, CASH & TC issuance) for Retail clients•Managing customer centric Banking operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery service quality norms.•Maintaining MIS reports including capturing of Daily/Monthly sales & cost/income budget.•Branch Merchandising, Administration & Lobby Management. Branch Operations & Audit Compliance. •Vault Custodian, Managing Vault Limits & review of Vault Register. Responsible for Cash and Customer Transactions. •Funds Management: - Coordinating with branches with requirement of cash and arrange accordingly. Further monitoring NOSTRO account with the bank.• Review of Branch Reports like End of Day (EOD) Cash Position Reports, Branch Operations Reports. •Monitoring & Reconciliation of Dummy accounts, Suspense's Accounts, Deferred Accounts, Accounts payable/receivables. •Handling and Resolution of Customer queries/complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Enhancing the value of existing accounts and retention of existing portfolio. •Effective Monitoring of Daily Transaction like Inward and outward SB, Current A/c and Clearing Section. •Account opening Approving Authority for all Liability A/cs & Demat Accounts• Ensure adherence of "KYC" (Know Your Customer) norms.
