I am a person who believes that it is the values that make you a good human being and you earn and inculcate these values just by doing your karma(work). Perhaps that is why organizations strive to maintain their values in order to thrive. I belong to Muzaffarpur, Bihar where I completed my initial studies and went to MIT, Pune for engineering in the Information Technology stream because of my structured thinking approach. My desire to serve the others pushed me towards the Civil Services preparation. Though I could not become a civil servant but the learnings were immense.Post that, I joined QuikSeek Technologies Pvt.Ltd., Gurugram as an Android Developer. Since it was a startup I was exposed to the managerial aspects of the business at an early stage by working through cross-functional teams, interacting with the clients for system requirements and presenting the completed milestones, and even led a team of three for a project.Then I joined IMT, Ghaziabad for the PGDM(Marketing) program with minors in Information Technology and Analytics. It was during this period my fascination with marketing grew and I learned the nuances of Sales and Distribution Management, Product and Brand Management, Business and Marketing Analytics, and Consultancy.
