We have realized that every individual is unique and has a unique combination & permutation of experiences, yet certain formulas can be applied to address the mental health needs of the person. Keeping these in mind, they have developed a new therapy modality called SRT, or Self-Reliance Therapy that provides you with formulas you can use anytime things go wrong in life.It is a 24-hour curriculum that is delivered over three days in a group setting to facilitate a community-based learning experience.

Every relationship, both personal and professional, can be made better and more fulfilling through forgiveness. I personally have forgiven some of the most difficult people in my own life, and the learnings that I gathered through these experiences, combined with the 8+ years of on-field experience of helping others heal various wounds in their relationships as a counselling psychologist, I bring to you the art and science of healing through forgiveness.
