As a CIO, I directly report to the CEO and Board of Directors, and I am responsible for providing IT leadership and management ranging from allocation, prioritisation to supervision for 21 facilities across Victoria. I manage IT operation with emphasis on information risk comprising of identification, analysis and mitigation (BCP, DR). Adhering to CISM and ISO27k, I execute security governance consisting of maintenance / update of security policies and controls in line with legislative and technology changes. I also perform security monitoring including DLP, threat management, dark web reports, and more, as well as conduct monthly PenTesting to check security. I lead the deployment of APIs platform (LogicApp) to integrate eco system of applications as well as SSO and MFA across eco system of Apps. Likewise, I manage projects such as the consolidation of 2 datacentres and migration to IaaS as well as the creation of Datawarehouse and implementation of DataOps for BI Report using PowerBI. I also conduct Big Data predictive analytics; forward and present solutions proposals for service types (Home Care, Residential Care) such a Nurse call, video on demand, health monitoring (in partnership with google), and more. Besides reviewing contracts, negotiating with stakeholders for procurement arrangement and service provision, I manage staff ensuring their performances align with IT objectives and training programs respond to IT strategy.
