I am a Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Syracuse University Office of Pre-College Programs (OPCP), where I design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the Summer College and Accelerated Semester Online (ASO) programs and services. I have a Master of Professional Studies in Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University ILR School. My core competencies include ad copy writing, digital marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing. In my current role, I work with the OPCP leadership and staff to create and distribute engaging and informative content across various platforms, including our website, emails, and our social media channels. I also manage and optimize the office's online presence, using SEO and SEM techniques to increase web traffic, conversions, and visibility. Additionally, I analyze and report on the performance and impact of the marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve and refine the marketing objectives and outcomes. I am passionate about enhancing the office's brand awareness and reputation, and I strive to deliver high-quality and innovative marketing solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the high-school student audience we serve. I value collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, and I enjoy working in a team-oriented and supportive environment. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table, as I have worked in different industries and sectors, such as water treatment, food service, and education.
