The WERO Whitewater Park is the first of its kind in New Zealand. Amaria’s responsibilities included but are not limited to managing the architectural precast units, standard precast panels, precast step units, insitu concrete floor & wall pours, shotcrete channels, keystone wall, MSE wall & waterproof liners. Amaria is responsible for writing the work methodology statements for these works, including Inspection & Test Plans.

Christchurch

Amaria was responsible for the reinforcing and concrete structure, rail and deck furniture at CQ2. Her role includes ordering specialised marine materials, preparing and issuing formal subcontracts and subcontractor management.

Wellington & Wairarapa, New Zealand

Amaria was responsible for the construction of the temporary retaining walls, and concrete floors and walls in this cut and cover underpass.

Auckland, New Zealand

The bridge construction was above SH1 and involved careful planning. During Amaria’s time at Papakura, it was her responsibility to work on the construction of the piles, headstocks and other concrete structures.

Construction of the plant upgrade and extension adjacent to the existing site. Amaria was involved in multiple concrete structures, ancillary buildings and earthworks aspects of this upgrade.

Construction of a wharf extension including piles to 80m and wharf deck, ground remediation and additional berthing facilities – the project was abandoned by the Client in April 2012.

Tauranga

Amaria was responsible for preparing quality procedures and documentation. Her role included analysing the specifications, drawings and NZS and creating inspection and test plans, quality control checklists and compiling completed work packages.

This project involved a 6km four lane SH18 Motorway extension through Hobsonville; 3km two lane SH16 motorway extension, five interchanges, one flyover, one cable-stay pedestrian footbridge, construction of four roundabouts, approximately 1.4 million m3 of earthworks.
