- Managing the Sales and Marketing department and overseeing the development of outbound and inbound strategies (content development, advertising, email marketing automation, event planning, visiting clients), as well as financial administration.- Planning and optimizing organic and paid campaigns (Facebook and Adwords), as well as managing the company’s social media pages.- Conducting market research in order to understand and fulfill customer’s expectations.- Participating in events as the brand representative with the goal to build strategic partnerships with businesses and stakeholders.- Developing product training, manuals and guidelines for the staff.

- Assisting travellers from the Tourist Information Centres in São Paulo by giving information about touristic attractions, consulates, transportation, events, and hostels in the city.- Developing training programs in order to teach, train, and entertain the staff in a playful and creative way.- Conducting research related to São Paulo and its attractions for different online and offline platforms, as well as institutional tourism research bodies.- Assisting, planning, and executing projects specifically created aiming the touristic development of the city of São Paulo.
