Responsible for clinical support and management, as well as the maintenance of the respective facility. Work together with the other clinical coordinator, as well as the manager of operations, to maintain and execute all clinical functions. Co-manage facility. Co-manage all clinical staff. Ensure time and attendance is accurate. Address clinical needs and staff needs (educate & evaluate). Perform timely/scheduled evaluations and reviews, as well as recommend merit increases (clinical staff skills, contributions, etc.). Interact & support Manager of Operations. Ensure staff are credentialed appropriately with all insurance providers. Oversee clinical operations (sees that therapy sessions are covered by the appropriate therapy staff). Ensure that competencies are at acceptable passing levels. Provide clinical support and direction to the clinical staff.

Providing direct skill acquisition therapy, conducting Verbal Behavior assessments, providing parent/teacher training, supervising behavior therapists, writing insurance authorizations and reports, conducting feeding and toilet training programs, community outreach and networking, managing client cases, attending IEP meetings and home/community/school consultations.
