Perform timely/scheduled evaluations and reviews, as well as recommend merit increases (clinical staff skills, contributions, etc.). Interact & support Manager of Operations. Ensure staff are credentialed appropriately with all insurance providers. Oversee clinical operations (sees that therapy sessions are covered by the appropriate therapy staff). Ensure that competencies are at acceptable passing levels. Provide clinical support and direction to the clinical staff.
