Hi, I'm Amarinder.I am the Founder and Owner of Innowaring Labs. Innowaring Labs provides services to organizations and startups to align technology work with customer and business impact, right-size processes, and evolve teamwork and culture for the age of software and AI. Before this, I spent two decades in the health and life sciences technology space doing strategy work, large technology implementations, product management, and software engineering. As an intrapreneur, I helped build and launch a $250M+ ARR software products (B2B and B2B2C) and services business within Deloitte called ConvergeHEALTH. While doing that, I curated a set of principles and tactics for building innovative software systems that create business growth. Collectively, I refer to them as Innowaring. Innowaring represents a product engineering mindset for business innovation in the age of Software and AI. It approaches software-driven business innovation as a systems problem.
