• Part of System Support team, I'am actively involve providing solution for merchant's that already integrated with iPay88 payment gateway (Credit Card payment, Online Banking payment, eWallet payment, etc).
• Analyze, identify and provide technical solution to merchants regarding payment gateway issues.

• Performed 1st level troubleshooting on customer related issue that raised from Customer Service/ M2M partner such as Data, Call and SMS issue, product inquiries, and e-SIM and e-KYC issue.
• Providing best and accurate solution to Customer Service/ M2M partner in understandable manner from technical view.
• Liaised with senior support, vendor or other related departments for issue that needed further investigation or escalation after done with preliminary checking and information gathering.
• Participated in system health monitoring for daily basis and during preventive maintenance or new product deployment with vendor using Zabbix and email alert to ensure system availability and minimal service.

• In Theta Tech, I was assigned in an accounting system development project with Jabatan Akauntan Negara. Part of the project team, I’ve actively involved system training, and preparing and updating system documentation.
• Facilitated approximately 40 end users to use the system according to system flows in duration of 4 weeks in Ipoh.
• Assisted system analyst and accountant in preparing the system requirement document for accounting process that involved in Procurement and Investment module.
• Assisted system analyst in system testing for processes in Assets and Inventory Management module.
• Assisted quality assurance's staff in preparing the system manuals by using Epiplex500 software and preparing test scripts.
