My research interests include signal processing, deblending, deghosting, seismic multiples technology (using or removing), and all related denoising algorithms (e.g., Ground roll, Swell noise and SI noise removal). My key inventions are following: --> An inversion based source separation technology (deblending) Marine streamer, Land and OBN (sparse or dense node) all geometries data works beautifully, Successfully delivered more than 30 real data deblending projects using this technology. Best deblender in the market. Patented. https://patents.google.com/patent/US11221426B2/en--> DL Swell - A deep learning method to estimate swell noise.--> 2D/3D SWAMI (Shallow water attenuation of multiples by Inversion ), Patented. --> 2D/3D Curvelet Domain (Simultaneous) adaptive subtraction. --> Simultaneous up-down separation and Vz denoise using joint sparsity recovery. - works well to provide a good shear wave noise model. (Patent filed)--> Time lapse (4D) denoising using joint sparsity. --> Multichannel Match in space-time domain--> 2D/3D pattern matching for adaptive subtraction as well as for inverse Hessian approximation as a part of least-squares migration.--> Adaptive deghosting also worked on 2-component deghosting algorithm. PhD Topic: 3D seismic acquisition analysis: benefits of using multiples. KEY QUALITIES: Fast learner, hard working and believer!
Listed skills include Numerical Analysis, Geophysics, Matlab, Physics, and 13 others.

Created tools designed for processing converted waves, alongside both supervised and unsupervised deep learning tools tailored for various signal processing tasks like Vz denoising, deghosting, interpolation/reconstructions and noise reduction.
Perth, Australia
Worked on Machine learning applications for seismic data processing, Vz denoise, Ground Roll, Time lapse 4D denoise, Land denoise and 3D/5D Interpolation.

Worked onDeblending (Land/Marine/OBN(sparse or dense node)), Simultaneously Deblending and Interpolation,Adaptive subtraction (Space-Time as well as 2D/3D Curvelet),1C/2C Adaptive Deghosting, Shallow Water Demultiple techniques,SRME (Land and Marine) De-noise algorithms (Swell and SI), Imaging with multiples technology.!!

My PhD topic is 3-D seismic acquisition geometry (Land, Marine or OBC) designing and analysis using available subsurface model, further incorporating extra illumination from all multiples (surface-related as well as internal) in the analysis. Key points:— Separate analysis of the source and the detector geometry,— The subsurface structure is taken into account, as in prestack migration,— Yielding quantitative measures of image quality: resolution and angle-dependent amplitudes at the target area,— Most importantly, the multiples are considered signal in this method, leading to extra free illuminations.

worked on High resolution seismic data processing for Raniganj area to get coal bead methane(cbm) reflectors. Software used for Processing:- Seisunix

I Worked on Seal 3 Project, which aim was to find the crustal variations of South Eastern Australian Lithosphere(SEAL). Teleseismic P wave receiver functions were estimated for about 60% of SEAL3 short period stations;others were too noisy to produce RF. We obtain Rayleigh wave group velocity dispersion and associated uncertainties at each station and the dispersion data are inverted simultaneously with receiver functions to get crustal thickness.

Project work was to interpret, prepare, analyze and visualize the seismicity data using ArcGIS 9.2 Software. Achieved success in getting one single database for all the earthquake data for the last 1000 years of region Hessen and Rhein-P-flatz.
