A cross utilization role being both office and field based, which involves shift work and weekends to ensure coverage to the UK, Irish, Nordic, Middle East and Israeli markets, as well as first level support teams based in Montevideo, Uruguay. * SABRE software support diagnostics, testing, training and on site installation.* Hardware testing and fault finding at installations, office moves and upgrades.* Database management for rail vendors and Siebel call tracking systems.* LAN support to locate and correct network faults.* Increase productivity programming scripts saving time on complex lengthy format transactions.* Printer support including both standard and airline thermal printers.* SITA telecommunications support providing hourly updates during downtime working towards alternative solutions during lengthy outages.* Manual re-creation of computer coded teletype messages.* Host functionality and support for 3rd party internet programmers. * Support for airline published and manual fares to all forms of ticketing.

Working on the UK Immigration Account. Booking all flights and hotels for UK illegal aliens, deportees and their escorts. Liaising with airlines individually to gain acceptance for immigration traffic. Extensive use of the GALILEO booking system for air, car, hotel and rail bookings. Supported a wide range of accounts in the demanding role of a floater covering all aspects of the corporate travelers needs. Training of new team members from basic to competent business travel consultants.

Managing a team of 8 reservations staff booking flights, cars and hotels covering the North American leisure market. Using both SABRE and ATOP2 booking systems. * Loading airline net fares and negotiated hotel rates in the ATOP2 database system.* Daily manual re check of each individual bookings fare and discounts applied.

A team member within a reservations department covering a 24 hour shift pattern. Supporting all aspects of flight reservations, sales and amendments on both American Airlines and Canadian Airlines. Use of the SABRE booking system for all areas of flight reservations. Published airline fare calculations.
