Have been delivering and managing all the construction, Interior & development activities in the firm. have delivered some important project ie strengthening of an existing 12 Lcas sqft building and other buildings facade replacement while the buildings were operational. have been delivering admin role for the complete SEZ campus of 50 Acers with 8000 working employs of Clinet such as IBM, Mercer, Ericson, TCS and so on, during this period I have delivered the role of Client interface for their interior works and also SPOC for any escalation with respect to project or Facility Management.

I was involved in managing the development (Construction & finishing) of around 9000 apartments is multi storied high rise building ranging from 25 to 30 stories in Noida. These were in 5 different development 2 of them were 30 Acers development , 1-16 acer development, 2-10 acer developments along Noida Expressway. The prime role was to take care of work execution ie Construction and Interiors within required Time & Quality.

I worked in JLL for around 4 years, wherein I was taking care of the Project Management role for the project execuion for various clients. During this period I have take care of both Constrcution & interior projects. I was part of warranted price Model for one year wherein we have excuted works on a committed cost basis as general contratcor for Clients. I was delivered 2 Development Advisory proejects during this period.
