As a software engineer in my company I always perform daily tasks and sometimes complicated tasks which are assigned to me by managers.Complexity- level 3:I was given tasks which are really complicated sometimes, but I used to put my effort by thinking logically.Business skills- level 3:The work experience I have gained helped me to gain communication skills as my job there is to explain the offers to the customers. This interaction improved my communication skills. I always follow the subway HSC regulations and policies at work and meet the targets by fulfilling my responsibilities.Knowledge- level 3:I have good domain knowledge and I am specialised in Java language. I have got certification courses done online from Microsoft which helped me to improve my skills and to perform effectively. I always take responsibility for my own actions and love to learn more.Influence- level 3 I always used to assist the staff who joined after me and make decisions and have clear understanding of the customer needs.Testing (TEST) Level 2: As a software engineer at PEUKER & ALEXANDER PTY LTD, I always provide advice and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities. I also update the progress of the testing activities to my manager and also reports the issues and risks.Software Design (SWDN) Level 2: I am also responsible for enhancing the applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems. The relevant software systems in our company include “Mitek 20/20”, “Sapphire Office Management” and “Optiflow”. I will also prepare & implement Sapphire Reports (production reports) and also review my own work. I think this is my strength and I believe by this month I will be at level 3.System Software (SYSP) Level 3: I always test the incorrect details on jig centre detailing screens, incorrectly coded data files at cnc machinery or within PLC environment.
