Ensuring statutory compliances from contractors with respect to Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970 and other allied laws• Managing entry level compliances of workers viz. age verification, accidental insurance and KYC. Implementing revised wages which are agreed with Union, Industry Associations or notified by respective authority (State & Central). Timely disbursement of Wages, Settlement Allowances, Bonus, Leave Encashment and other statutory payment.• Attendance Management• Managing internal as well external audits, with the audit team to strengthen existing systems and processes. • Liaisioning with the Insurance Vendor for case settlements and claims• Closing Inspection conducted by Labor Dept.• Procurement of Labour License and BOCW Policy• Managing HR Statutory Compliances for all the clients in Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Odisha, Maharashtra.
