System Engineer
Responsibilities:• Maintaining the IT infrastructure of JIO Customer Care (BPO) by providing services and resolutions according to Infosec Policy and SLA with Concentrix.• Monitoring connectivity and port status of WAN-LAN connections.• Resolving issues by e-Mail communication and HPSM ticketing tool.• Co-operating NOC team for monitoring and diagnosing network infrastructure.• Providing Laptop support to Windows and MAC for VIP users.• Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports (assets, compliance, network). • Co-ordinating with SCCM team for OSD, Software and patch installation. • Routine checkup for security and vulnerability by Symantec Enterprise AV.• Provide in-house support to end users, in Citrix environment.• Hardware troubleshooting &Vendor coordination.
