We are currently in the midst of an AI revolution and the potential for innovation has never been greater. I have been working with different machine learning systems for several years now and if there is one thing I learned -- the impossible is always just one discovery away.Much of my early work had started off at the intersection of medicine and machine learning. I initially worked with generating diagnostic algorithms for histopathology at UCLA Health. I transitioned into working in the private industry afterwards, creating ML and NLP powered compilers for React at Bifrost. Finally, the culmination of my journey has led me to use my AI and computer vision skills to build tracking software for basketball.As a lifetime basketball fan, especially obsessed with analytics, I've always wondered if we could use the new advances in computer vision modeling to create better ways to extract information from basketball games and videos. Within the past year, I've turned this curiosity into answers and a product with my time building Nexavision. Now we provide detailed game information for the NCAA and NBA for teams and fans alike.
