I am a dedicated HR professional currently serving as Assistant Director HR at the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). My journey has been marked by resilience, achievement, and a commitment to youth empowerment and disability advocacy. With a B.S. in Biotechnology and an MBA from the University of Peshawar, my career has spanned roles at Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) and Rehman Medical Institute (RMI), where I honed my skills in human resource management.In addition to my professional endeavors, I have had the honor of serving as Youth Governor at the National Youth Assembly and Young Book Ambassador for the National Book Foundation, an initiative endorsed by the Government of Pakistan. My contributions have been recognized with a Gold Medal from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for my services to persons with disabilities and youth, and I have been featured as one of "Hamare Heroes of Pakistan" by the Pakistan Cricket Board. Recently, I was nominated for a Civil Award of Pakistan by the KPK Health Department.Despite the challenges posed by restricted mobility, I am passionate about public speaking and have addressed issues concerning persons with disabilities and youth across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. I believe in the power of education and the importance of disability rights, and I strive to inspire others to see beyond limitations and embrace the potential within.Muhammad Amar Khan believes, “It’s a lie to think you're not good enough.
