I am an electrical engineer with an advanced technical degree and experience in the EDA software industry, aerospace industry, and the R&D environment of a multi-program national laboratory. I have significant experience in the use of physics-based simulation tools for solving complex problems, and have a passion for electromagnetics design and analysis. I enjoy project engineering and technical leadership. My current position at Ozen Engineering is focused on enabling the application of industry-leading simulation tools to the development of advanced electronics technologies.My position within the National Security Directorate at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory allowed me to contribute to challenging applications such as the development of electromagnetic technology for security screening, non-invasive inspection, and non-destructive evaluation. I enjoyed serving as design engineer, project manager, and project engineer on R&D projects for the DOE, DOD, DHS, and IC. My research interests included radar imaging, antenna design, and microwave devices.My position with Ansoft Corporation (now Ansys) involved providing technical support and training for electromagnetic simulation software to the US aerospace and defense industry. I enjoyed the frequent interaction with clients, developing technical materials, and the opportunity to transfer skills to others. In addition to developing and presenting materials to showcase the capabilities of the high-frequency product line, I served in leadership roles on the North American aerospace and defense team.At Harris Corporation, I specialized in antenna and phased array design using industry-standard and government-sponsored software tools.
