Patch and Deploy new builds to all QA and Contingency Environments and Global Grid. Ensure the overnight risk runs, EOD process are complete within SLA’s for testing sign-offs.During my tenure in London from AEI, I single handedly built out London FO & MO Production Environment with QA and Business Sign. Managing the hardware and Infrastructure upgrades for each environment. Knowledge transfer to the Support team members on new enhancements.
