Rates - Environment Integration & System Engineering Role and Responsibilities: System Analyst to investigate trade, rates, performance, and entitlement issues during QA Testing. Patch and Deploy new builds to all QA and Contingency Environments and Global Grid. Ensure the overnight risk runs, EOD process are complete within SLA’s for testing sign-offs.During my tenure in London from AEI, I single handedly built out London FO & MO Production Environment with QA and Business Sign. Managing the hardware and Infrastructure upgrades for each environment. Knowledge transfer to the Support team members on new enhancements.
