Senior Desktop Support Engineer
CurrentPerform Tech Refresh and Hardware Deployment which includes Desktops, Laptopsand printers.Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includesidentification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.To perform installation, de-installation, configuration, technical supports,troubleshooting and resolution to the clients.Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.Handling & maintenance of System for staff in software & hardware to diagnose theissue.Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MicrosoftWindows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs andNotebook PCs.Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory and report to assetmanagement team on a regular basis.Liaising with internal team to resolve the technical/IT related issues. First level troubleshooting of network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.Follow SLA standards and procedures defined by the global IT group.
