Continued the Mauritius Metro Express Project till commissioning.

Being as a Island country with no manufacturing facility, Mauritius Metro Express Project was my milestone project as a SCM professional. Successfully handled the Procurement & Contracts department. Successfully managed to to source materials and services for the project from around the globe. With Srretegic sourcing planning, managed to arranged the resources during COVID period also. We had managed to complete the project before schedule.

Responsible for Material & Service sourcing of National Highway Project for the state of West Bangal & Orissa.

Handled Procurement & Contracts for National Highway Project and Elevated Corridor Project for the state of West Bengal & Orissa.

Projects handled:• Township Construction (Real Estate) for executives for 2X600 MW Thermal Power plant, Mahan.• 2x600 MW Thermal Power Project, Mahan• 337 Km long 400 KV Transmission Line Project.Responsible For Contract finalization: Civil works, such as Piling, Earthwork, Building Work, Internal finishing work, Sewage Treatment Plant, False Ceiling, Chimney, Cooling Tower, CW pump house, TG Deck, Boiler foundation, ESP foundation, Raw Water Intake well, RCC Bridge, Control Buildings, Administrative Buildings, Concrete & Bituminous road works, finishing works of Control Buildings, Reservoir, Ash Pond etc..  Structural erection work of Boiler, ESP, STG, Pressure Parts, Raw water, TG Equipment & Auxiliary, Coal Bunker, Fans, CW pipeline, CHP, 40,000 MT of fabrication etc. Testing, calibration, erection and commissioning of Control & Instrumentation works for unit I&II of 2x600 MW Thermal Power Project.  Electrical works of Chimney and other areas. Procurement of bulk materials required for project such as Structural Steel, Cement, Reinforcement Bar and other required materials.
