Management of field logging crew involved in various duties of sophisticated provision of mineral, geothermal, geotechnical and hydrogeological services including maintenance, inspection and repair of equipment. 1. Operates slimhole service tools as assigned. 2. Conducts routine maintenance of tools and projects equipment and any calibration required 3. Assembly, disassembly, installation and maintenance of required equipment. 4. Manages well site operations to ensure delivery of quality service and compliance with environmental and safety standards. Supervises, assists, and directs crews in the calibration of equipment and the setup and running of service(s). 5. Field failures reporting and takes such remedial action as necessary to ensure service keeps running; documents and reports failures and recommends action to prevent recurrence. 6. Regular update to Customers of any unusual conditions during the job and maintains direct contact with Customer's representative throughout running of service; analyses tool failures and makes decisions to send for replacements or use alternative techniques; interprets common services for Customer. 7. Maintains Customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in the quality of services and ensures the confidentiality of all logging operations. 8. Prepares all customer invoices for all field operations in Mozambique. 9. Supervises and assists field logging crew in the preparation of the logging unit and related equipment for a job and submits such technical and maintenance reports as required. 10. Prepares documentation and reports as required and agreed between customer and client. 11. Undertakes such technical, safety and office responsibilities as are assigned by the Wireline Manager 12. Manage all logistics for operations and client specific mobilization as agreed in the service contracts.
