My responsibilites and execution have spanned across - P&L management- Software Conceptualisation, Development and Launch- Building, Grooming and Managing Teams- Setting up and Operating Delivery Centers.My journey as a serial entrepreneur and intrapreneur, having launched multiple successful ventures and strategic initiatives, underscores my passion for building not just software, but also careers and companies. I am passionate about building, mentoring and leading high performing cross-functional, global teams. Over the past 2.5 decades, I have managed 1000s of people globally, while leading them to deliver 100s of different web-scale software products and business applications leveraging deep Product Engineering, Cloud, Data and AI capabilities across HR Tech, E-commerce, L&D, Energy, Consumer and Enterprise Productivity, Telecom and EdTech space.
